The heart of the home

The house was carefully extended into the garden, transforming a space that had a pokey kitchen and awkward dining room into through flowing space that gave consideration to the needs of all family members. Positioning the kitchen centrally makes it the heart of the home, with the more formal front room on one side and the childrens' play area on the other.
